Takedown Guidance Policy

This Policy explains how Tenbox handles reports and requests relating to illegal or objectionable content stored or shared through the Service, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and underage sexualized content
- Violent extremism, terrorism, harassment, and hate content
- Serious privacy violations or other content clearly unlawful under applicable law
2. Prohibited Content
Tenbox maintains a strict zero‑tolerance stance toward illegal and highly objectionable content, especially content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, terrorist or violent extremist propaganda, serious harassment, and other materials clearly prohibited by law.
3. Reporting Channels
Users and third parties may report suspected illegal or objectionable content via in‑service reporting tools or by emailing support@tenbox.app. Reports should include a description of the content, relevant URLs, and any supporting information.
4. Assessment and Enforcement Actions
- Tenbox assesses reports in light of applicable law, this Policy, and the Terms of Service.
- Where content is found to violate these standards, Tenbox may disable public links, remove content, or suspend/terminate associated accounts.
- For large‑scale enforcement, Tenbox may proactively scan publicly shared content for clearly illegal material.
5. Requests from Authorities and Legal Process
Tenbox cooperates with legitimate law‑enforcement and regulatory requests, subject to applicable laws and due process, balancing the need to combat illegal content with its obligations to protect user privacy.
6. User Privacy and Transparency
Tenbox emphasizes user privacy and data protection, yet recognizes that user privacy is subject to legal obligations and social responsibility to prevent harm. Periodic Transparency Reports describe enforcement metrics.
7. Record‑Keeping and Updates
Tenbox maintains internal records of takedown actions consistent with legal requirements. This Policy may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
